INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
TraxIt®
Open the package, fold along the perforation, and tear off a single thermometer strip.- Peel one thermometer from the backing and place it on the side of the patient’s body, high in the axilla.
- Have the patient close their arm, and wait three minutes before taking the first temperature reading.
- The last black dot on the matrix indicates the correct temperature. After the initial reading, all future readings are available instantaneously for a continuous 48-hours.
- Once you are finished using and/or after the 48-hours is complete, remove the thermometer from the patient’s underarm and discard.
