Return Policy

  • A customer’s exclusive remedy for defective products shall be the delivery by MII of additional quantities of the products in replacement of the non-confirming products; or a credit to the customers’ account for the price paid for the products. At no point in time shall MII issue a return in the form of a check, cash, wire, ACH transfer or any means other than a statement of credit.
  • If a product is damaged during transit, you must notify MII immediately. While we will facilitate the return and replacement of the product, this must be done within thirty (30) days of invoicing. Claims for damaged products past the thirty (30) day deadline will not be accepted or honored.
  • If a customer wishes to return product, for reasons not related to damage during transit, MII may accept the return of goods within 30 days of the original invoice date, so long as the goods are: new, unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition as determined by MII. Credit will not be issued for goods that are defaced, dirty, torn, damaged, etc. Returns must be in full case quantity.
  • A return material authorization form and RMA number must be obtained from MII’s Customer Service Department before any goods are returned. Materials returned without an RMA will be refused.
  • Returns must include the original shipping container, all product packaging, shipping and order paperwork, and total goods ordered, to receive credit.
  • Customer will need to provide MII with the following information: MII item number; quantity to be returned; lot number and expiration date; original invoice number and invoice date; and reason for return.
  • All goods accepted for return not due to damage in transit are subject to a 25% restocking fee. MII will coordinate the return in the form of a statement credit; MII will not provide a credit card, check, or wire payment.
  • No credit will be issued for discrepancies between RMA quantity and actual product count received.
  • All materials must be shipped with the prepaid label provided by MII unless otherwise stated along with a copy of the RMA form, to MII at the following address:
